Geographies
Located within your
commissioning footprint.

Our two geographies were chosen because of the discharge pressure, bed shortages, and commissioning relationships that already exist in them. We are not starting from cold.

Greenwich Borough
Homes 1, 3 and 5  ·  Years 1, 2 and 3
Directly within the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust operational area. Greenwich Adult Social Care holds active and well-documented bed shortages in specialist mental health residential care for adults of working age. Serene's co-director holds established working relationships with Greenwich Council housing and commissioning teams, positioning us to join the approved provider list from the point our first home opens.

Local Authority
Royal Borough of Greenwich
North West Kent
Homes 2 and 4  ·  Years 2 and 3
Covering the Dartford, Gravesham and Sevenoaks area. Darent Valley Hospital generates consistent discharge pressure for adults with mental health needs awaiting residential placement. Kent County Council commissions specialist residential mental health provision at above-average Local Authority rates, and the area has a demonstrable shortage of appropriate non-nursing placements for adults of working age.
